Who we are
This website is operated by House of Investors, an authorised channel partner marketing Terrace 35, a project by Sri Aditya Homes. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to House of Investors. Authorised Channel Partner RERA number A0240000501. Project RERA number P02400011009.
Information we collect
When you submit the enquiry form or contact us, we collect the details you provide:
- Your name
- Your phone or WhatsApp number, including country code
- The residence you are interested in, your buying timeline, and whether you are buying in Hyderabad or as an NRI
We also automatically collect limited technical and marketing information to understand where enquiries come from and to improve the site:
- The page URL and referring source
- Advertising click identifiers such as Google click IDs (gclid, gbraid, wbraid), Meta click IDs (fbclid), and campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and similar)
- Standard device and browser information, and cookie identifiers set by analytics and advertising tools
How we use your information
- To send you the costing sheet, floor plans and availability you requested, usually over WhatsApp
- To call or message you to answer questions and to schedule a site visit if you want one
- To measure which advertising campaigns bring genuine enquiries, so we spend responsibly
- To keep records required for our channel partner obligations
WhatsApp, calls and messaging
By submitting your details, you agree that we and the Terrace 35 sales desk may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email about this project. You can ask us to stop at any time using the contact details below. WhatsApp messaging is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, and may use Meta tools, to measure site performance and advertising results. These set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. Advertising click identifiers may be matched with your enquiry so that a genuine lead can be attributed to the campaign that produced it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised Google advertising at myadcenter.google.com.
How we share information
We share your enquiry with the Terrace 35 sales desk and the developer, Sri Aditya Homes, so your request can be actioned. We also use trusted service providers, for example messaging platforms, spreadsheet and cloud storage, and analytics and advertising platforms, who process data on our behalf.
We do not sell your data. Your details are used to respond to your enquiry about Terrace 35 and are not resold or rented to unrelated third parties.
Data retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to serve your interest in the project and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, use the contact details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
